Why

At that time Agora group, publisher of Gazeta.pl web portal, was looking for developing new brands and online visibility to change fundamentals of the group business model. One of the goals was attracting new demographics, like teenagers.

How

Copying successful format of bloging about relevant to target demographic topics like pop stars, music, lifestyle choices, fashion, games. Adding community flavour with niche discussion board (think Reddit before it became mainstream). Moving to offline by organizaing events in company headquaters. Team that could understand demographics and relate to it.
